What this policy covers
This policy explains how we handle personal information when you visit astraclarity.com, email us through the site, or email us. Information we process while delivering services to clients is covered by our agreement with that client.
Information we collect
When you browse the site
Our website is hosted by Cloudflare. To deliver pages and protect the site from abuse, Cloudflare processes technical information such as your IP address, browser type, the pages you request and the time of each request. We do not use analytics, advertising or tracking tools on this site.
When you email us
If you email us, we receive your email address, your name if you include it, and the content of your message.
Links to other sites
Our site links to other services, such as our LinkedIn page. Those services have their own privacy policies, which apply when you visit them.
How we use your information
Where data protection laws such as the GDPR require a legal basis for using personal information, we rely on the following:

We do not set cookies for analytics or advertising. Our fonts and other site files are served from our own domain. Cloudflare may set strictly necessary cookies to protect the site from malicious traffic.
Who we share information with
- Cloudflare, which hosts and protects our website.
- Our email provider, which stores and delivers our email.
- Professional advisers, or authorities where we are legally required to share information.
These providers may only use your information to provide their services to us.
International transfers
Our providers may process information outside the country where you live, including in the United States. Where the law requires it, we rely on appropriate safeguards for these transfers, such as an adequacy decision or Standard Contractual Clauses.
How long we keep information
We delete email enquiries that do not lead to a working relationship within 24 months of our last contact with you. If you become a client, we keep information for as long as our agreement and our legal obligations require. Cloudflare keeps technical request logs according to its own retention schedule.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:
- ask for a copy of the personal information we hold about you;
- ask us to correct information that is inaccurate or incomplete;
- ask us to delete your information;
- ask us to restrict how we use your information, or object to our use of it;
- ask us to transfer information you gave us to another organisation;
- withdraw your consent, where we rely on consent.
To use any of these rights, email [email protected]. We will respond within the time required by the law that applies to you. You also have the right to complain to the data protection authority in the country, or free zone, where you live or work. In Ireland this is the Data Protection Commission.
Security
The site is served only over HTTPS. We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect personal information, and choose providers that do the same. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
Children
This site is intended for businesses and is not directed at children under 16.

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will change the "last updated" date at the top of this page.
